Engineering the Autonomous Enterprises of the Future

We build organizations of AI agents, test them in simulated markets, and ground their design in human decision neuroscience

The Three Pillars of our Research

The Digital Workforce

We design teams of AI agents that coordinate like departments in a company, planning, negotiating, and executing tasks under clear objectives and constraints. Our focus is on building reliable systems that operate in multi-agent environments.

Autonomous systems shouldn’t be deployed blindly. We build simulated markets, populated by consumers, competitors, and regulators, to stress-test strategies across thousands of scenarios. This helps us evaluate emergent behaviour, resilience, and failure modes before real-world deployment.

Biologically Grounded Intelligence

Robust autonomy requires more than pattern recognition. We study how humans decide under uncertainty, measuring attention, risk, and reward dynamics using experimental tools and computational methods, and translate these constraints into more reliable AI designs.
